50X Super Fast Running Buffer cuts typical 30-minute runs to just 5–10 minutes by minimizing heat generation and enabling voltages up to 30 V/cm, ideal for rapid checks and high-throughput screens.

Quick User Guide of 50X Super Fast Running Buffer

Buffer Preparation:

Dilute the 50X concentrated buffer to a 1X working solution with distilled water at a ratio of 1:50. The prepared 1X buffer can be stored at room temperature.

Gel Preparation and Electrophoresis:

Use the prepared 1X buffer for both gel preparation and running electrophoresis. It is recommended to use the same batch of 1X buffer for gel perfusion and electrophoresis to ensure consistent buffer strength. Avoid diluting buffer below 1X concentration to prevent abnormal DNA migration.

Electrophoresis Conditions:

Conduct electrophoresis at 25–30 V/cm of gel length, running approximately 2.5-3 times faster than typical 1X TAE or TBE gels. Adjust voltage according to the electrophoresis cell structure and buffer temperature for optimal results.

Gel Staining:

Add DNA dye when preparing the gel or soak gels post-electrophoresis. Fully compatible with conventional staining protocols.

Temperature Control:
High room temperatures or continuous runs may raise buffer temperature.

Buffer Replacement:
To ensure experimental accuracy and reproducibility, periodically replace the electrophoresis buffer.

Storage Stability:
Store both 50X concentrated buffer and diluted 1X buffer at room temperature. Stable for at least 12 months when stored.
